You won’t find good/bad food lists or pushes to wake up before 6 am to get that workout in. You won’t find tough love lectures or anything trying to shame you into making different choices. You also won’t find another scam or gimmick promising to cure your PCOS.

Hi I’m Julie.

I am seasoned dietitian and author who is also a divorced mom of two teenagers. After finishing my masters degree in mental health counseling, I spent 20 years running a private practice specializing in PCOS, eating disorders, and training clinicians.

Now I work out of my garage writing and speaking about PCOS and ways to feel better. I am always on the hunt for the strategies you can add to lower insulin, balance blood sugar, and increase energy. I pair my years of practice based experience while combing the research so you don’t have to!
